CurrentPlanning, support and performance management of GR & Legal team both headquarters and subsidiaries, including: - designing and implementing process improvements and organizational change projects of the functional stream (including supporting processes like business planning, financial control, corporate governance, procurement and contracting, HR), in order to ensure the required level of control environment and process speed; - automation of processes (in a role of IT-coordinator of the stream) in collaboration with IT teams participating in projects using waterfall and agile methodology; - KPI system developing and maintaining (planning and reporting facilitation in headquarters and subsidiaries); - Organizational development in Legal, GR (as-is / to-be structure, benchmarking, step-by-step implementation and change management) ; - Curator of 2 subsidiaries (in one of them – as a member of the Board of directors since 2021); - Risk-manager in GR; - GR-business-partner for Strategic planning department, HR, corporate governance (focused on management issues of state-owned companies).Main projects: - Description, optimization and automation of business-processes (in Legal, GR, charity, subsidiaries’ management and reporting etc) - Procurement strategy for legal services’ development and implementation (criteria, principals and processes of international legal firms selection and contracting) - Functional strategy development and implementation (in different roles in teams participated in Legal, HR, IT) - long-term programs / roadmaps development and updating (support as GR business partner)
