We are developing and implementing the ABRT product strategy, forming partnerships with digital entrepreneurs, venture builders, and funds.Looking for new forms of mutually beneficial cooperation with startups and investors

- Conducted the market and competitor analysis (USA market), developed a customer journey and determined the requirements for app functionality in preparation for the MVP launch.- Delivered recommendations on ways of monetization and effective marketing initiatives.- Launched acquisition channels for early adopters at the MVP

- Working closely with the founder, designed the product roadmap, vision and overall business strategy for an online gaming application targeted to the Brazilian market.- Launched a successful business project in Brazil starting from zero: developed a value proposition of the project, identified and secured a contract with local business partners, over the short period of 6 weeks managed to build a diverse team of competent professionals (from Brazil and Russia). - Provided a strong collaborative leadership to the team of 7 professionals including Marketing & Sales Lead, Operational Managers, Software Development Lead and Product Managers. The number of indirect reports is 35. - Shaped the application backlog for development with the features necessary to meet the needs of the customers and bring the product to the market taking into account the business logic and feedback from the market.

- Drawing on expertise in the electric power market, created a company for price-dependent management of electric power consumption (Demand Response market). - The project developed an algorithm that predicts time intervals with the maximum electricity price Identified potential business partners from EU, negotiated terms and conditions and secured agreements- Unfortunately, due to the specifics of the domestic electricity market, the Demand Response program in Russia and the project had to be ended.

- Assisted the Managing Director in delivering strategic plans for new territories, both is sales and product development; identified potential business clients including FMCG companies, petrol stations and hotel chains.- Provided strong leadership to a cross-functional team of 50 specialists (11 direct subordinates). - Working with the team, designed and created content for Energomart Digest, a magazine offering the latest news in the electric energy market, that was published and posted regularly to the target businesses with the aim to promote Energomart services and reinforce the company’s position as a market expert. As a result, a number of new clients were acquired.- Over the period between 2013 and 2018, the company’s revenue increased by 11 times

- Developed an effective business strategy and product vision for the company from its foundation and lead a newly established business unit – Industrial Energy-Saving Lighting.- Proposed and implemented a monetization scheme of selling through intermediaries - acquired 25 business partners. The revenue of the business division under my responsibility has grown from zero to $2 million per year.- The created business development model is still successfully used by the company.
