About Dawn M.

I gravitate towards jobs with ambiguous, complex problems to solve. I especially appreciate roles where I can flex and be a utility player where needed. Many of the roles I've enjoyed include an element of technology, developing people, strategy, and organizational strategy/design. The vast majority of my experience has been in large, matrixed companies, where I've navigated disparate processes and data sources to find solutions. I look for positions where I will learn from my leader as well as coach, lead, and develop my team. Many of my roles include presenting to senior leadership teams as well as developing and facilitating sessions for small and large groups to drive action. I have an innate drive to make organizations better through incremental changes, taking into account change management, and improving processes (and technology) with the right amount of flexibility. The work is important but working for, with, and managing people I like is imperative.
