LEAP for Ladies is a nonprofit organization in need of recognition and popularity in order to achieve their goal. Social media outlets, graphic design, and personal outreach are the main tools I use to make the community aware of the organization and gather their support and contributions.

During my internship at the Miami Herald I wrote for the community and health sections conducting my own interviews, fleshing out stories and occasionally taking my own photographs.

My work included managing phone banks and registering new voters at voter registration events.

I created designed the layout for The Harbinger, Miami Lakes Educational Center's monthly student paper. I also designed advertisements for local businesses to be included in the print edition as well as on the newspaper's website.
