This was a secondment form my role as a Senior Underwriter to complete one project, however in April 2021 KBC Bank Ireland announced they were withdrawing from the Irish market, so I remained on project work until the end of my time with KBC to assist with the wind up of the Bank. I was involved in a number of projects over this time, including:• A comprehensive historical review of KBC's application of the Credit Reporting Act to ensurefull comliance with the legislation, rectifying issues where they were discovered, and putting in place robust comprehensive procedures to ensure no further instances of non-compliance• Mortgage syetem server migration. Responsibilities included test pack design, UAT and Production regression testing, working with the development team to resolve issues identified in testing, and being the business point of contanct• CCR Phase 3 Implementation. Working as part of the team to understand the scope of the Central Bank requirements, identify the relevant data, test the outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with the legislation and roll out the solution• Tracker Mortgage Examination - Wider Beneficial Impact Assessment team. Part of the project management team for the project, reporting directly to the Director of Credit. Responsible for MI and Reporting, developing procedures and processes, drafting correspondence to customers, liaising with other stakeholders in the bank, managing and resolving day to day issues as they arose within the team and the project, presenting a weekly and monthly updates to the Steering Committee, which included members of the KBC Executive Committee• Undrawn balance review. Along with the Head of Underwriting, I led an underwriting review of cases where there was still undrawn funds to establish if it was still appropriate for the customer.
