Consult with external and internal customers to handle Customer Service Request, as well as MOPs (Method of Procedures) generation and execution.Failure Analyst: Isolate root cause of failure, report findings, evaluate risk to customers’ install base and review feasibly of resolving issue at customers’ site avoiding recalls.Logistical Support Engineer:Develop, implement and maintain test equipment. Monitor frequent flyers (Reoccurring RMA parts), adjust test coverage, implement new test methods and or fixtures.Write technical test procedures. Report observed abnormalities in part failure rates.Manufacturing Support Engineer:Develop and implement methods to improve production efficiency. Deploy image servers for automated software installs.Map product flow through facility, adjust layout of equipmentWrite technical procedures for product integration.New Products Engineer:Transfer developed products from remote facility. Visit facility; acquire knowledge of production process, equipment, infrastructure, personnel, quality control etc. Develop common process for production and quality control using existing equipment, and infrastructure.Test Engineer:Develop implement and maintain automated test equipment. Test finished product for quality purposes. Write and analyze test cases while providing regular progress reports.Trainer:Train field engineers, technicians and product support personal troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance.Train integrators production of new productsSpecialties: Troubleshooting Specialist: Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians and product support personal who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro-mechanical equipment.
