Under the leadership of the Vice President Talent Acquisition & HR Operations, works collaboratively with other Division Directors as part of the Division's management team. Develops, manages and administers the talent acquisition function for the Allegheny Health Network (AHN) in order to meet and maintain the System's recruitment and retention goals.

Greater Pittsburgh Area

Manages the Talent Acquisition organization and its day-to-day efforts in concert with the System's changing business structure and strategy. Partners with and advises the WPAHS leadership team on all talent acquisition related issues, processes and initiatives.Assists in developing short and long term talent acquisition strategies and programs to address specific needsin a manner that minimizes the time that requisitions remain open.Seeks and recommends solutions to upgrade and improve the talent acquisition function and develops metricsthat support recruitment methodologies.Maintains a strong teamwork environment and reinforces the organization's commitment to excellence.Provides effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork,enthusiasm and pride. Establishes Talent Acquisition as a highly credible resource that is responsive to the needs of the System.Participates in the response to OFCCP audits, including research, analysis of liability and planning for futurepolicy and procedural changes.Makes presentations and prepares progress reports on pertinent information relative to various talentacquisition program initiatives.Represents the health system, as it relates to recruitment and hiring, at Job Fairs, Community Events,Schools, Colleges and professional organizations.Performs all steps necessary relative to hiring, evaluating, coaching, promoting, disciplining and dischargingemployees by following established HR policies..
