Help to implement robust risk assessed systems and work practices, excellent administration, effective resource management, regular monitoring and quality assurance.• Proactively partner with the Managers of Retail and Caring Christmas Trees, providing excellent and courteous communication that will maximise the fulfilment of their objectives and targets, within available resources.• Maintain and enhance professional working relationships with external agencies and local authorities in order to maximise resources, and ensure partnership working which maximises the benefits to the clients.
