I began my career in the luxury hotel industry, where I spent twelve years leading the Rooms Division in 5-star properties across India, Seychelles, and United Arab Emirates. During this time, I consistently exceeded service standards, optimized operational efficiency, and contributed to the profitability of high-end properties.For the past 13 years, I have successfully transitioned into healthcare operations, managing large-scale hospital services and overseeing high-value contracts. In this role, I’ve led a multicultural team of over 460 staff across diverse functions in environmental services; that include, housekeeping, uniform and linen management, laundry, pest control, window and façade cleaning, medical equipment cleaning, and waste management.
