I have graduated of the Moscow State Technical University “MAMI” and received a Specialist degree in Operation of Transport and Technological Machines and Complexes. Besides, in 2014 I have received a bachelor degree in Management at Russian State University For The Humanities.I have 5 years experience as a design engineer and 10 years’ experience as a Head of Design and Development Department at Siltech Group Company. I started my career as a design engineer in 2006 in Siltech Ltd company. That was very young company that find itself in security seals production. Now it is the leader of the Russian market of security seals and security products. It has a large factory in Russia and extra production branches in Estonia and Kazahstan. It produces different plastic security seals, security labels and bags, indicators, security containers, ear tags for animals. Thanks to the work of my team Siltech Group Company has the first and the only production of the RFID hard tags in Russia.I have always had the strong desire to develop my skills, to get new knowledge and to build the career which could provide me with the opportunity to create the best products. In five years and after many projects completed successfully I became the Head of Design and Development department. All this time I was engaged in the development of the company and integration of the new technologies. Almost all products of Siltech Group Company were created by me and my team.About 100 new products, 15 patents, dozens of special equipment, some new technologies are the results of my work and work of my department. I have a great experience in production, in design, development and project managing. I am able to introduce new technologies into production. I constantly improve my knowledge and often take part in courses where I get new skills. I have certificates of specialist in risk management, ISO 9001 quality management, Statistical process control (SPC) and analysis of measuring systems (MSA), Methods FMEA, QFD in the design and manufacture of products and services, pneumatic systems and others.Besides, I am a very responsible person, dedicated to high quality and efficiency. Currently I speak Russian (mother tongue), English (C1-C2) and Italian (A2-B1). I believe that my professional background and practical experience combined with my passion and dedication, make me a strong candidate for any opportunities.
