Quality Assurance Manager
Current- Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system in accordance with ISCC standards and other relevant standards.- Prepare and provide comprehensive quality certificates to customers as required.- Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure compliance with regulations.- Work closely with the production department to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and increase productivity.- Support the sales department in customer outreach and technical product consultations, addressing customer inquiries regarding product specifications, quality issues, and compliance requirements.- Participate in cross-functional teams involving quality assurance and sales to drive product innovation.
