Manager, technical advisor and Subject Matter Expert for the logistical operations and Asset Life Cycle Management in an assortment of jobs across the Department of Defense. Responsibilities encompass developing, standardizing and maintaining training, scheduling, planning, program evaluation, process evaluation and improvement, budget formulation, contracting, resourcing, asset management and performance reviews. Effective conflict management, resolution, and communication skills. Proactively enforce safety, security, and environmental regulatory compliance. Manage readiness reports, technical and professional training, facilities, and personnel assignments. Prepare, review, brief and implement logistic support plans. Respond to and resolve customer concerns ensuring customer always receives timely support. Conduct meetings with subordinate units and customers in order to disseminate and gather maintenance and logistical information while fostering a healthy, viable work climate with enhanced communications. Represent senior management at conferences and support planning meetings. Experience with logistical programs to include but not limited to SAMS-E, ILAP, ORACLE, FEDLOG, LIW, and FMSWeb. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
