Utilized SAMS queries to present graphical and visual reports via Microsoft Office tools and Adobe platforms. Compiled data generated between SAMS and U.S. Army Logistic Support Activity to provide real-time data needed for budgeting and unit readiness.

DIRECT COORDINATOR BETWEEN UNIT, MEDICAL STAFF AND SERVICEMEMBER: Managed the personal care and welfare of 18 personnel over 500 appointments at 97% compliance rate. Collaborated between nurse case managers and primary care providers to assist Warriors in Transition (WT’s). Updated administrative databases daily regarding status’ and medical disposition. CREATED SYSTEM TO EFFECTIVELY TRACK AND CARE FOR PERSONNEL: System comprehensively tracked each aspect of day to day tasks, achieving 97% compliance for team requirements. Despite working out of normal skill set developed new skills to meet the demands of the new job, to include Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Army Center for Enhanced Performance Performance Enhancement. This resulted in the training of personnel to operate out of their spectrum increasing leadership effectiveness and personnel morale.

Managed the repair, service and maintenance of over 250 pieces of equipment including Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle, material handling equipment,and power generation equipment. Managed over $4 million in parts and stock in support of unit operations. Coordinated and conducted over 50 recovery missions in hostile environment that resulted in 100% recovery and zero accidents. Ensured total compliance of local, federal and foreign nations directives, policies and guidelines. MANAGED DATA AND REPORTS PRODUCED BY THE STANDARD ARMY MAINTENANCE SYSTEM (SAMS): Data, reports and queries submitted to Department of the Army on a monthly basis resulting in a 95% readiness rate through tenure as Supervisor. Compiled data generated between SAMS and U.S. Army Logistic Support Activity to provide real-time data needed for budgeting and unit readiness and served as senior enlisted adviser to Brigade Maintenance Technician. Also served as Information Assurance Security Officer and Information Management Officer fully establishing NIPR and SIPR communications in the absence of trained communication personnel.
