• Lead technical and function teams, for SAP On Premise & Cloud solutions like (SAP ECC, SAP S/4, SAP ByD, SAP C4C, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris Commerce). • Responsible for Resource Assignments, Performance evaluation and assessment in addition to People Management• Resource Planning across projects in Egypt, Dubai & KSA.• Responsible for the Hire to Fire of resources across the company • Assign resources on projects using on the job training technique for the resources across all modules and solutions• Manage project delivery from end-to-end “Resource Assignment, Project Plan, Tracking delivery of tasks”• Acting as a second point of escalation for the Clients in case of issues, concerns..etc. • Engaging in pre-sales activities and support contracts / SLA for the current customers.• Liaise with the Team Leads and Project managers to align on the status of the projects and their requirements.• Acting as SPOC for all employee escalations, Projects contract negotiations, also reporting directly to the top management
