The duties of an “Exam Invigilator” include preparing examrooms to the standard, hand examination papers, ensureexam starting and finish on time and check that allunauthorized items are cleared before the exam starts.• Ensure the exam is conducted fairly.

My responsibilities included (but not limited to)..• Handling and responding to the Principal’s email• Answering calls and handling queries• Liaising with stuff, clients, etc. – commissioning work on the• Organizing and managing meetings• Organizing travel plans and itineraries• Writing minutes of meetings• Managing budget• Conducting research, reports, executive summaries andnewsletters

Organize internal training programs including organizing thelist of participants, distribution of materials, support traineesand assist trainer during the training.• Organize external training programs• Managing payments and fees• Handling training logistics like hotel reservations,transportation along with Visa if required.• Follow up with providers on certifications.• Manage the training records of plaining, training programs,evaluation and Records of training specialist (instructors)and training suppliers.
