Doaa Elsayed is a Science communication Specialist at the American University in Cairo, where she delivered themed science and planetarium shows to more than 60000 students all over Egypt’s governates. Besides her current position, she is also a Co-founder of STEAM Hubs Platform and a freelance Business developer. She is passionate about designing a hands-on curriculum that is relevant, meaningful, and interesting for children. After getting funds from Amideast and Edventure incubators, She managed to design and publish seven STEAM content books Manual for STEAM Hubs Kits. Prior to STEAM Hubs, she led the founding team of EduZone STEAM Learning Center. Doaa played a key role in getting the international STEM accreditation for the center. Doaa also has raised awareness about the importance of STEM education and science engagement activities at various national and international venues like UNICEF and The Red Crescent Society in Gaziantep, Turkey. Doaa is graduated with a maker diploma where her passion for computational contraptions started. Now, She studies at STEAM Educator diploma at the AUC.
