o Follow up on all administrative tasks required to facilitate the workflow.o Assist in finding candidates for vacancies within Ashoka Arab World office scheme.o Prepare monthly reports for the following: employees’ attendance, time sheets and progress reports. And following up on employees leave balances and absences.o Follow up on printing our marketing material with advertising agencies and printing houses.Travels and events Organization:o Booked tickets for staff and fellows, reserving hotels’ accommodationo Organized events (induction, panel, iftar Ramadan…etc.)
