• Managed a project for TaRL program (Teaching at the Right Level) for the first time in the Middle East with Egyptian context, In partnership with SFSD and Maitri Trust, which successfully took place in 42 public schools and 16 community schools with 236 teachers and 8707 students in 4 different governorates.• Managed 3 consultancy projects for TaRL program, successfully targeted 35 teachers and facilitators, implemented the program with 450+ students.• Led a team of 5 staff team and 35 freelance trainers and 19 volunteers to implement the projects activities.• Controlled the projects budget to achieve the financial targets and ensuring the cost optimization is done. • Directed all the projects activities to achieve more than 70% of enhancement in reading and mathematics skills for 7000+ students.• Developed the project KPIs, impact milestones and tools, which measured the program efficacy.• Created 3 contingency plans in proportion to safety precautions to confront the COVID-19 pandemic. • Built the capacity of the team of 30 T&Ds and 5 Mentors and evaluators to be fine-tuning the program to suit the Egyptian and Arabic context.

"Research, Development, and Innovation program for Children, awarded project of the EU-Egypt Innovation fund".LMT is a workshop designed to teach children to think, imagine and develop solutions and ideas for specific virtual situations and problems. The aim of the program is to show children how thinking could be a fun activity, by inciting them to do it informally through mind exercise and games.The games and exercises shall teach children logical and critical thinking skills. Working as a team will enhance their team spirit and show how powerful working as a group could be. Using a problem solution approach and working as a team shall be the key to winning the games.
