- Calculate monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime,....)- Audit, review and propose on improvements of compensation and benefits policies and practices in compliance with the government laws- Support for Team Leader in the salary scale and design of benefit policy staff. - Calculate salary and allowance for resignation - Total changes of the monthly salary - Respond to employees’ concerns relating to C&B policies and practices- Update the changes of Social Insurance Law and Labor Law- Reporting labor registration to local government.

Besides the activities as above , there’re some activities:- Total Costs of salaries and social insurance monthly sent to the accounting department - Following labor contract signed, store personnel file and office work involved - Healthcare inssurance (AONCARE)- Handle and submit all required monthly reports to Social insurance. - Register SI and get HI cards for new employees every month and expired ones; new social insurance booklet for employees. - SI booklet closing for resigned employees and returns HI cards to the Social insurance. - Submit the claims to SI department for sick leave, maternity leave, accidents, convalescence leave and others as currently regulated by Social insurance. - Settle procedures for unemployment allowance employee.
