Daily responsibility for all Domains of Expertise: - Collecting client requirements and process document: Discussing, gathering client information and needs for software products and process BRD, SRS and other document related to thirds party - Managing change requests and defect solving: Coordinating with the technical team to implement and manage tasks by the clients. - Testing products: Checking and evaluating the implementation results of the technical team to ensure the software meets client's requirements by preparing testcase and testing - Organizing client training: Providing instructions and training sessions for clients to effectively use the software products. - Data quality assurance: verifying accuracy and completeness before delivering to clients.Domains in charged of: - Distributor Management System (DMS) - Smart Manufacturing Platform - Smart Warehouse Management System
