My responsibilities as a sales support associate for ARS Rescue Rooter of Vero Beach include approaching customers inside a Home Depot store and asking them about their residential HVAC system, such as the current age and providing them information about promotions and special offers such as free estimates and affordable preventative maintenance to help keep their unit running efficiently and their warranty valid and closing deals by setting up appointments and calling dispatch and lead coordinators to have them confirmed.In addition to my main responsibilities in the Home Depot retail chains while representing ARS, I go above and beyond the call of duty to assist a customer by providing exemplary service and answering any questions and concerns they have regarding a product or service as well as resolving any issues and complaints.Areas of coverage: Brevard County, Indian River County, Okeechobee County, St. Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County
