I graduated from Tufts University in 2015 and began my career at Xenith, a football helmet manufacturer. I was tasked with managing their e-commerce site, which had annual revenues near $100k. Through self-taught digital marketing skills, I grew the site's revenue to over $3mm within three years, sparking my passion for marketing in the process. In 2018, I moved to NYC to join Petal, a fintech company valued at $20mm at the time, as their 2nd marketing / growth hire. Over the next four years, I played a pivotal role in Petal's growth, contributing to a company valuation of over $800 million. I specialized in lifecycle marketing before transitioning to acquisition marketing, successfully building my team and growing my marketing budgets to over $40mm annually. By the time I left, I was leading a cross-functional growth squad, overseeing product, risk, data and CX. I'm now at Mojo, a sports gambling startup founded by Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez, as the Director of Growth.
