As a program developer, I work with members of Algonquin College's School of Media & Design and the Algonquin College's Curriculum consultants to develop a program of study and supporting documents for a new degree program in Global Media & Communications.As a course developer, I independently construct course syllabi to be utilized by professors who ultimately teach courses in undergraduate programs at Algonquin College. I also developed two courses to be shared by Algonquin College and various other colleges across Ontario. These courses are delivered entirely online via text and tutorials.As a professor, I have taught a variety of courses both in person and online. I devised various weekly assignments and discussion topics while preparing lectures to disseminate the course content.

As a Personality Dimensions Facilitator, I work with the resources made available by the Career Life Skills Resources Centre to help people better understand themselves and the people around them. When I was a young child, I learned about the Personality Dimensions system. From that point on, I understood why I was the way that I was - why I was different from my peers, why I communicated with and got along with some people better than others, etc. It made me feel like I was normal - in my own unique way. It also helped me to know how to communicate better with my peers, which was extremely helpful in the school environment.As a teacher, I use Personality Dimensions in my classroom all the time. I design my lectures to ensure that I'm meeting the needs of all of my students, and I do the same thing with my assignments. No teacher will be universally loved by all students, but I do my very best to ensure that all of their needs are met - the rest is up to the individual students.As a facilitator, I'm working to help other people understand Personality Dimensions so that they can understand themselves and their needs - and so they can do the same for others. With this understanding, I hope to help my clients become more productive team members, better communicators, and happier people.

As a marketing consultant I work with entrepreneurs and marketing professionals in order to provide marketing support. I have worked with companies such as Mindful Change, HerSmartMarketing, and Georgia McCabe, Social Media Sensei.I provide services such as:- Social media co-ordinator- Market researcher- Internet researcher- Project manager.

As a professor at TRU I teach Consumer Behaviour, Introduction to Marketing, and Marketing Research. I am also involved in multiple research projects while engaging in recruitment events, independent study supervision, and other service activities.

As the associate director of the business program, I fulfill various administrative roles including in-class assessments of professors and membership in various councils and associations. Furthermore, I actively participate in recruitment initiatives such as promotional videos and the Ontario University Fair while also engaging with the business community in the Durham region.As a professor, I primarily teach marketing classes such as Introduction to Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Advertising. In addition, I teach courses in the human resources and management specialization. As a professor in a small campus, I work to develop relationships with my fellow faculty and staff. Furthermore, I work to get to know my students in order to facilitate their learning and encourage them to feel comfortable approaching me. This also enables me to elicit feedback regarding the course content and format, allowing me to improve the course format in future semesters.

I taught Marketing Management, Marketing Communications, Non-traditional Marketing, and Marketing Research to undergraduate students. I co-coached the Network of International Business Students case study competition team and mentored various students on independent study, experiential learning, and entrepreneurial projects. I participated in various networking events and co-organized events for the Williams School of Business such as workshops and awards galas.

I taught Principles of Marketing to undergraduate students from within the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.

I taught Advertising and Public Relations Research Methods to third and fourth year undergraduate students for 8 semesters. I also taught Consumer Behaviour. As a professor, I mentored my students and advised them on opportunities as a graduate student.
