Typical Aussie suburban General Practice with substantial number of holidaymakers. In 2015, we moved to Brisbane where my wife Faye had commenced teaching at St Margaret's AGS in Ascot. As a consequence, I decided to cease work in Noosaville. In Brisbane, I work as a permanent part-time Medical Officer with Aspen Medical.I have been a Board Member of the Medical Defence Union (London) an advisor to Avant Mutual Group, the main medical indemnity organisation in this part of Australia, and I am currently an examiner for the Fellowship of the RACGP. For recreation, I spend hours working on my beloved Coromal camper-trailer, which, towed by our trusty Prado T-Diesel, has taken us to some exciting and remote parts of Australia's Outback. We have just returned from a wonderful trip to the Kinberley and the Dampier Peninsula. I hope to see even more of this remarkable country in the coming years.

Joined the start-up of this Hospital with the mission of building a G.P. service for ex-pats in Beijing. Designed clinics, Hired staff (local and International), Developed standards and protocols, provided medical leadership. By 2005 had opened 3 clinics and assisted in planning Shanghai United Family Hospital. Eventually moved to Australia for lifestyle reasons.

Managed 65 GPs working in 25 Primary Care clinics, serving the Armed forces in the N-W region of Saudi Arabia. Responsible for recruitment, quality Assurance, rostering, and continuing professional development. Also was Chairman of Disaster Management Committee and member of the hospital management board. Served two 2-year contract terms.

Leading and managing the Irish Doctors' professional association; Negotiated work and payment agreements with Government, planned and coordinated large meetings; acted as spokesman for the organised medical profession; represented doctors' interests on radio and TV, etc.
