CurrentI work with new and existing customers and their subcontractors making sure all divisions of construction are completed to code as it relates to the elevator hoistway. I take preliminary and final measurements and assist in the formulation and approval of shop drawings. I work with the design team, GC, or Owner directly to ensure cab finish approvals. I work internally on the schedule for installation, punch out, and inspection.I utilize a multitude of prospecting tools while working within my territory of Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys both companies provided and self-engineered. SE Elevators provides two major products, residential shaft-based elevators utilizing two styles of mechanism (Hydraulic and Winding Drum) and an outdoor lift mainly used for stilt-based homes or in ADA situations on a commercial building.
