New product development project management for new laminator, air purifier, and shredder designs.Oversees and co-ordinates all aspects of new product launches with global cross functional teams and with China OEMs. Main responsibilities include developing and managing: product scope, specifications, CBOM's, budget, 3D design and timeline for an on-time and on-quality product launch to mass production. Additional responsibilities include working with cross functional teams for Discovery and Ideation activities utilizing user centered design (Design Thinking) methodology. This includes: project/product framework development, facilitating brainstorming and ideation sessions, conducting targeted design research, and advising in product roadmap development.
