I am a Change Consultant and an Accredited Corporate Coach, who supports Individuals, Teams and Businesses to make progress on their personal & professional Goals. These are those "Matters Most" Goals that, as a result of the time pressed and resource scarce world we live in, are very often unattended to. I utilize my 25 + years of Operational Leadership experience in Corporate Canada, (18 years as an Executive Officer), supported by stints in H/R, Marketing & Sales and large Program Delivery, to compliment my advanced Corporate Coaching designation. As a "real Banker", one who gathers deposits, investments and grants personal and business loans and mortgages, I led organizations of ever growing growing size, with full P & L accountability, within an International Bank. My effectiveness was influenced by my ability to paint and gain organization wide ownership of Ideal Pictures of Performance and Desired Outcomes achievement, starting in Bank Branches, then Areas, Municipalities, Regions and the like. Characterized as a charismatic leader, I appreciated that culture drives performance and walked this talk.
