I support Business Leaders and Teams to identify and take action on those issues that hold them back personally and professionally. These are the issues, left largely unattended to in the busyness of reacting to our hectic day to day. These are the issues that will ultimately come back to bite us, if not attended to.I am a veteran of Corporate Canada, essentially as an Operational Leader, the last 12 years of which in were in an executive capacity with BMO and Rogers Communication Inc. I have benefited materially from exposures in and familiarity with HR, Marketing, Sales, as well as large Project/Program delivery, as Project Sponsor and through PMOs, which rounds out my corporate experience. For the past 11 plus years, as an accredited Corporate Coach, (Coach Inc.) and Culture Change Consultant, (Barrett Values), I lever this experience with individual leaders and in operational venues of all shapes and sizes, to convey the actionable "How's" of producing desired results. That includes the "How's" of effecting needed Change, the "How's of creating a supportive Culture, the "How's" of increasing Employee Engagement, the How's of Communicating to Connect and the How's of creating High Performing Leadership Teams. As an accredited facilitator in numerous recognized Leadership Programs, Assessment Tools and as a licensed Consultant with Barrett Values Centre et al, I am able to identify tangibly and culturally "What It Is" that holds individuals/organizations back from optimizing their productive capacity and effectiveness. Through experience, I've accumulated I share the "How's" of effecting the necessary antidotes and remedies to that which impairs Personal and Organizational Effectiveness. I Coach extensively in "Career", including participants in the Schulich EMBA program and for the past decade have been a partner in an approved VOR with the OPS. I Coach and consult Individual Leaders, Teams and Organizations to be the very best they can possibly be!
