Experienced education leader with a demonstrated history in curriculum development, program management, faculty training & development, and managing the HR process. Education professional with a Master of Science (MS) focused on curriculum and instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Most recently I served as Academic Dean and Campus Director for Madison Media Institute, College of Media Arts. In this role, I supervised all aspects of academics, faculty, and operations for career-oriented on-ground and online degree programs. Daily concentrations included supervision of student advising and student retention; curriculum development and maintenance, staff and faculty development; problem-solving, project management, institutional assessment, and improvement.Prior to my career in education, I spent 12-years with EMI Music (now Universal Music) where I worked in marketing and artist development. I was responsible for the content, scheduling, marketing and fiscal elements for numerous recordings each year, overseeing and managing projects from Rosanne Cash, Van Morrison, Frank Black, The Neville Brothers, and countless others. In all, I have credits on over 100 major label recordings, roughly a dozen of which were Grammy-nominated.I am an avid concertgoer, food lover, media enthusiast and facilitator of good things.
