I am a partner in G+T’s Banking and Finance practice. I have expertise in debt financing, derivative transactions and offtake arrangements. I have a deep interest in macroeconomics and commodities. From 2011 to 2024, I was a partner/director of Wright Legal, which was WA’s only law firm specifically dedicated to banking and finance law. I have previously worked in London for A&O Shearman (banking and finance) and for JPMorgan (futures and options). Prior to working in London, I worked at Clayton Utz in Perth. I am listed as a leading banking and finance lawyer in Doyle’s Guide (2023) and in the Best Lawyers in Australia (2024) for expertise in banking and finance, project and development finance and derivatives, among other practice areas.
