Service Desk Officer
I returned to ECQ to this work in their Business-as-Usual Service Desk. I resumed duties to provide support for Returning Officers during by-elections, and took on the following First, Second and Third level support duties:- Responded to incoming user support requests via phone, email, and the Jira Support Portal. As the Acting Team Leader for the Billing Operations Team, I supervised a team of three, undertaking human resource management, including the development of workforce plans, work allocation processes, performance management and career planning strategies.
