Five years work in Slovenian Army as a Platoon Commander brought a self-discipline and order sense in my personality. Eagerness to work in business environment pushed me, through National health insurance institute, where process leading and decision-making knowledge was gained, to first management level position - GM personal assistant at ORBICO ltd.Being ambitious and goal oriented I have reached the targets in my personal growth and gained economic, financial and accounting, and also HR and legal knowledge. In 2003 employed as a HR Director at HERMES SoftLab where I have been engaged with expansion (growth of the Company) towards near south-east of Europe (BiH, Serbia, Ireland, Montenegro). In those processes I have conducted active role within due diligence (in Serbia), integration of new established companies, recruiting and organizational bases for further development and implementing the module of Core Competences. In a Year 2007 I stepped into Director’s position in private Company K.D.P. inženiring d.o.o. and start working as leading consultant in the area of Operations, Law, HR and Organizational Consultancy. The company was running and leading HR processes and procedures at our business partners. We were cooperating with several of them from different area. The greatest achievement was winning a strategic partner – Company Fruit of the Loom, Distribution center for SE Europe region. At the beginning of Y 2009 I have been invited from the Fruit of the Loom Company to join Slovenian branch office as a Distribution Center Manager. Further development I have achieved by overtaking the role of DC Kaiserslautern – Germany Operations. I was leading DC operations. Besides business focus I was also leading the project of WMS (warehouse management system) upgrade as a part of supply chain process, reviewing core Company’s processes and implementing long term future vision.Specialties: I am open, communicative, positive, precise, punctual and tidy person. Honesty and transparency are my most valuable values. Communication with people on different levels and responsibilities is not a problem for me in any case.
