In March 2012 I joined Aviat's R&D team (Telsima d.o.o., Trzin-Ljubljana) in a role of HRM Slovenia. On top, I am partnering with Aviat New Zealand Product Development Team since 2020.

With January 2011 I was invited to join Operations at FOL International GmbH, Kaiserslautern, Germany as Distribution center Operations Manager. So I re-located from Slovenia to Germany.

FOL distribucija is a branch office of FruitOfTheLoom Company. Established in Slovenia in 2008 – main focus is distribution to Italian, Slovenian and East-Europe markets of FOL garments. Holding position - DC MANAGER  Leading the team of FOL Slovenia Organization and management of the work/people/logistic Reporting to Mother Company and Management team …etc.

 Company is working in HR consultancy, leading organizational processes and labor law procedures, selection and recruiting, mentoring etc. We were external HR department (service company) for Fruit of the Loom in Sežana – where the Company has opened Distribution Center for SE Europeo Daily I used different tools in areas as: Hiring process (prescreening, interviews, short-listing, practical task elimination process, etc) Leading and motivating people (personal development plan, appraisals, trainings, monthly evaluations, assessments, mentoring, competences modules etc.)  Business operations (code of conduct, “whistle blower”, risk assessment) Legal advice Long term strategies – strategic management Business plans and analysis Reporting tools
