Create a consistent identity for the agency with the arts community, Congress, and the general public. Determine and monitor performance metrics for social media and website. Responsible for the editorial direction, design, development, production, and distribution of all agency publications, as well as the content for the website and social media channels. Manage budget for Public Affairs office. Collaborate with NEA senior management, other NEA offices, federal agencies, and nonprofit and for-profit organizations on outreach efforts for NEA-supported projects. Provides communications advice to NEA staff on various programs and activities. Oversaw the conversion of website to Drupal CMS and the training of staff on it, and the redesign of the agency website in 2020. Member of the executive working committee writing the NEA Strategic Plan 2018-2022. Acted as Executive Producer for the 2015 NEA Jazz Masters Awards Concert & Ceremony, developing program, performers, and script for concert and overseeing production of four video tributes for the 2015 class of Carla Bley, George Coleman, Charles Lloyd, and Joe Segal.
