  Well as of December 31st and after 14 1/2 years of service I will be laid off. I am actively seeking long term employment.I manage 60 employees 13 of which work remotely from home that receive inbound phone calls for technical support for internet related issues. My duties include hiring, discipline, termination, annual reviews and pay increases. Part of a team that designed, developed and implemented incentive programs. I designed, developed and implemented an application which resulted in a 36% increase in efficiency. I prepare and submit yearly budgets while maintaining our contractual obligations to our customers. Designed and implemented disaster recovery plan. Manage hardware and software projects from design to implementation. Organize and lead initial meetings to evaluate requirements such as, what should be outsourced versus done internally for cost effectiveness. Assess individual team member skillsets to create efficient teams and assign tasks accordingly. Determine and set timelines and benchmarks. Organize and lead short daily progress meetings to address issues within timeline to ensure benchmark is achieved and submit regular status reports to management. Organize and lead review meetings of completed benchmarks before moving on to next timeline.
