I have over 20 years experience in establishing and developing a Human Resource department. I analyzed all HR related data and information and reported to the owner and other members of the executive team. I created and developed HR strategies and programs and implemented them within budget guidelines. I negotiated contracts with venders (health insurance, 401k, wellness, employee assistance programs). I professionally communicated policies and procedures in written and verbal format and I provided counseling to all levels including entry level employees and owners. I oversaw safety and security matters including supervision of the Director of loss control. I collaborated with attorneys on all company legal matters including responding to the media, and managed and analyzed all employment programs including drug testing and background checks. I performed numerous investigations. I have previously held the PHR certification and was an adjunct faculty instructor at Austin Community College.I am looking for a company that shares the same values of wisdom, honesty, and integrity.
