Wells Fargo Boston, MA (September 2010 to Jan 2012)Technical Project Manager – As the fourth largest bank in the US Wells Fargo has an extensive, complex technical infrastructure born from, amongst other needs, large acquisitions such as Wachovia Bank. Immediately Productive:Quickly learned Wells Fargo’s numerous processes with minimal training and therefore productive from the first week. Initial projects included the management of a wide range of datacenter infrastructure projects ranging from a data center physical audit, the identification & ownership of 2,027 servers between 3 lines of business to physical and virtual server sizing and implementation. Subsequent projects addressed server security. Projects included O/S patching, Security baseline remediation & Middle ware remediation / patching. Project elements: • Approximately 18,000+ servers • Multiple Wells Fargo lines of business from Boston to San Francisco• Management of sizable matrixed teams representing each line of business. Amongst numerous others team members included those from Hong Kong & India.• Results: o Patching project completed very successfully as measured by no negative applications’ impact.o Baseline remediation was 98.2% complete as of Jan 31st with excellent results.

Promoted with full responsibility to manage enterprise network and non-network projects ranging in value up to $7M. Managed project team in a matrix environment, team members up to 23.Customer relationship management; Led all personnel management and motivation, budgeting, project planning, risk analysis, change management, periodic stakeholder reporting, final project evaluation, process evaluation and redesign.Simultaneously managed 20 to 24 WAN MPLS network, IP Telephony, LAN directory structure implementations. Drove successful mission-critical, high-profile projects: State Farm Bank needed an effective automated network backup and processing recovery strategy. Created a cooperative environment between client and company design teams. The final design was chosen and implemented.Results: Client was highly satisfied. Project exceeded client expectations. M&I Bank's network: costly, experiencing unacceptable outages. Managed project to convert 400 locations to Frame Relay network decreasing costs for both network hardware and data circuits via company existing discounts with AT&T and Cisco. Results: Increased network reliability. Deployed network management capabilities allowing 24/7 management and monitoring.Metavante Braintree MA Operations Center:not merged with the corporate network in Milwaukee. Data security inconsistent and difficult to implement properly. Backup & recovery options limited, expensive and not part of the company’s overall plan. Application servers, W/S and network hardware were out of date and in some cases no longer supported by the vendor. • Personally requested by Braintree Management to Project Manage the Active Directory conversion. Project scope: 13 departments, 5 vendors , 23 active team members.• Business case: approved with a budget of $447K. • Results: Successfully completed :accomplished conversion in a weekend. • Results: Customers did not experience a single issue

Hired with responsibility to migrate all New England customers to the data center in Milwaukee.Project Managed Data Center Client MigrationDesigned network and processes. Managed all implementations.All New England customer systems needed major reconfiguration and replacement to enable processing with the Milwaukee data center. All networks were incompatible and needed replacement.. Gathered the operations departments from each data center to evaluate and perform development. Merged systems vendors. Results: Successfully converted each institution network and all processing to the data center. Each conversion was done on time and without interruption for either the business or their customers.Results: Designed and implemented the largest single institution routed network ever done by the company. The customer converted to the new network with 65 locations. Results: Successfully completed without interruption to the customers.
