Currently I am a member of the Southwest area Command Impact Team. My team members follow up on felony reports turned in by field officers, which include Auto Burglaries, non-fatal agg batts, agg assaults, felony DV's, white collar, narcotics, and anything we are asked to do. We obtain and execute search and arrest warrants for these cases and assist field officers in obtaining warrants. We also train TDY officers in conducting investigations and interviews. We also are proactive in identifying problem areas and conducting tact plans, undercover surveillance, and other problem solving activities. Our team actively conducts warrant round ups in our area command, locating and arresting felony fugitives.
