• Investigates all nonconforming products from our customers and in-house to determine a reworkable process in accordance with the standards to bring a finished product back into compliance.• Investigates corrective actions by discovering root causes and providing appropriate personnel with engineering data, designs and shop aid tools to assist with corrective measures necessary to eliminate further nonconformances from our customers.• Familiarity with knowledge of Quality Systems (AS9100 and ISO 9000).• A strong background in the criteria of NADCAP.• A basic knowledge of Value Stream Mapping.• Provides technical support to production regarding current and new products• Investigates engineering drawings and specification deficiencies to correct quality and production issues.• Produces detailed inspection plans and assembly instructions utilizing shop aids that produce lean manufacturing and finishing processes.• Strong ability to communicate by resolving quality and engineering issues that result from our customers.• Outstanding problem solver in a high-pressure atmosphere consistently maintains a professional and concerned manner.
