Tasked with implementing new service sectors, I joined Summit In 2005 and successfully established Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and accredited Laboratory Testing services. With continued growth, our Soils and Materials Engineering group expanded to include Special Inspections. In 2008 I oversaw the establishment of geotechnical subsurface drilling capabilities. These new capabilities opened many new opportunities for our Geotechnical Engineering Department. As Branch Manager I sought leaders with expertise and experience to form the foundation of each Department and used my training and experience in Business Development to provide the opportunities to succeed.
