First Sentier Investors, acquired from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia/Colonial First State Global Asset Management, is a global asset management business that manages AU$215 billion (US$146 billion) in assets managed on behalf of institutional investors, pension funds, wholesale distributors, investment platforms, financial advisers and clients worldwide. In Aug-2019, MUFG Bank (Japan) acquired the business from CBA. Achievements Managed the implementation of a global Application Change Management process using ServiceNow. This included obtaining IT requirements, working with ServiceNow Professional Services, and rolling out the process to the IT teams globally. Once in BAU, the role extended to chairing the Global Application CAB, managing Change process documents, and end user training. Performed a ServiceNow Administrator role. This role involved user access management, managing reports/dashboards, performing ServiceNow configuration changes, managing upgrades, documenting procedures, and end user training. Performed IT Audit Coordinator Role for the SOX Compliance Audit and Financial End of Year Audit. This involves being the single point of IT contact to external and internal auditors. The role involved managing IT Audit Deliverables and IT Controls documentation and chairing a global IT Audit Forum. Performed the role of Global Process Owner (GPO) for Disaster Recovery. This involves managing a global forum to track DR compliance, managing a DR dashboard in ServiceNow, liaising with vendors/suppliers, and creating process documents and global standards for Disaster Recovery. Managed the implementation of HR and Finance Catalogues in our ServiceNow Catalogue. This involved writing the business case, obtaining funding from the IT Steering Committee, managing the T&M Contract with ServiceNow, working with ServiceNow Professional Services, and rolling out the solution globally. Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) was a part of the Wealth Management division of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). CFSGAM is the largest Australian based asset manager with total funds under management of $200 Billion. Investment in various asset classes include Equities, Global Resources, Fixed Interest and Credit, Short Term investments, Direct Property and Unlisted Infrastructure. Achievements Managed the rollout of ServiceNow ITSM to the IT Teams in Australia. The rollout included Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Configuration Management. As part of BAU, the role extended to being the process owner, documenting procedures in Confluence, managing dashboards/reports, and conducting end user training. The role also involved managing the monthly Service Management meetings in the APAC region. Obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification by managing a continuous process improvement to our Service Transition process and Eagle database refreshes. Managed the rollout of HP Service Manager to the CFSGAM IT Teams globally. The role involved being the process lead on Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem and Configuration Management process, documenting procedures, and conducting end user training.
