As the Community Director, I oversee the operations of more than 700+ units of a single Asset. Oversight to include large staff management, Renovation expenditures and construction, major CapEx improvements.

Greater San Francisco Bay Area

As the Community Director, I manage the overall operations of more than 500+ units of a single asset. Operational oversight to include major interior renovations, cash flow management, large staff management, etc.

Palm Springs, California

In my current appointed role as Community Director, I was appointed in my current asset to oversee and reposition a value-add property. The asset was a new acquisition to the FPI Management portfolio and I was designated by the Ownership/Client to oversee a $4.5 million property renovation that included both interior, exterior and major construction. This major accomplishment coincided with a continued stabilization of property performance in both physical and economic occupancy, while repositioning for improvement in resident relations. The success of the overall construction and performance has been a staple and modeled after within the company portfolio and continues to be recognized.

Washington

I assist with the oversight of financial operations for 6 Apartment Communities totaling more than 900 units/homes. I ensure the Clients expectations and goals are met and exceeded. I am the main support to the on-site team.

Greater Seattle Area

I manage the over all Operations of 300+ units within an Apartment Community. Experience to include: large staff management and leadership, Financial Budgeting of a large income driven Asset, Capitol Expenditure Enhancement, Interior Renovations, Strategic Marketing and Leasing. As the Community Director, I am the direct point of contact with the Asset Ownership and Investment Team. I work hand in hand with FPI Management's Leadership and Executive Team to ensure the Client's needs and expectation's are met in all business aspects.
