A telecommunications professional for over thirty years. Have served in many different positions from a technician to my current role as Director in our Emerging Markets division.Born in Indian, and after a distinctive military time in service, including touring in Vietnam, I attended college at Ball State University in Muncie, and then was hired by Vista United Telecommunications (@Walt Disney World) as a installer to support the Northern Telecom product suite. During my fifteen years at Disney, I assumed many roles from technician to support and design engineer. I received many certifications an accolades. During that time I also saw the emergence of ISDN technology and gained extensive experience in that technology and customer service skills. I move to Arizona in 1996 and began my career with Shared Technologies. I was hired to create and manage a technical assistance team for Shared. During this time, I rose through the ranks thanks to some real hard work and a lot of loyal employees. During my almost 18 years here, I have witnessed many changes in technology and enabled me to be part of and witness the inceptions of our new technologies that were are using and developing today. My current role is challenging as ever. Working with Cisco and HP and some of our other partners means continuous interaction with our Sales organization and partners in generating the synergies to be successful.
