This included balancing utility availability and equipment locations while optimizing the flow of work and product· Major Project Success: Copper Tube Insourcing Project o Lead team in the insourcing of the copper tubing process from separate internal suppliers to KMGo Studied the existing production process to develop workflow and how it fit into new facility layouto Created a plan to transfer equipment and machinery to a new location without the interruption of the current supply to the full assembly facilities o This successful product transfer project contributed to the closing of the outsource facility saving NFI group substantial leasing costs while also increasing margins on the tube products
