Responsibilities include attaining all needed procurement management cost approvals, research of market to find needed parts at the most competitive price maintaining expected quality standards. Generation of purchase orders using SAP. Generation and reporting of monthly metrics to upper management through the running of SAP reports. Monitoring all open purchase orders and assuring expected delivery dates are being met. Assuring that supplier invoices are being submitted correctly and payment is being received by suppliers.

Responsibilities include the design and set up of warehouse location, bar-coding system and warehouse management system. Design and implementation of a cycle count program. Identification and disposal of obsolete/scrap material on an ongoing basis, overseeing monthly scrap disposal, involved in the development and implementation of various continuous improvement projects, managing the warehouse and its personnel. Execution of any warehouse functions as needed, maintaining cycle count program, including the generation and distribution management inventory reports.

Responsibilities included management of all persons in the Inventory Control department (12 direct reports and 80 on factory floor), maintaining inventory accuracy of 99.5% or above, and identification and disposal of excess inventory. Met assurances to outside auditors and lenders that all cycle count agreements were met, generating required internal and external management reports.Achieved near 50% reduction in 4M materials movement transactions, by generation of cost saving processes and procedures, including Kan-Ban, Repetitive Manufacturing and Production Run Schedule techniques.Designed, implemented, monitored and maintained the Callaway Golf Inventory Control Cycle Counting and Warehouse Management software for SAP resulting in 99.5% inventory accuracy over a 5 year period.Lead the company in the identification and disposal of 48 million dollars of obsolete excess inventories creating much needed warehousing space as well as generating company savings by eliminating carrying costs associated with the obsolete inventory.
