Started with Smith System in 1997, received my initial training from Jim Smith. Starting as a Regional Sales Manager/Trainer I was promoted to National Fleet Safety Consultant/Master Trainer in 1999. In 2003 promoted to Western District Sales Manager. In this position I was responsible for supervising the Western United States Regional Sales Managers.
