Driven by a passion for storytelling, I have dedicated my career to the art of narrative. For more than two decades I was lucky enough to tell stories from a deliciously grit-soaked perch in New YorkCity’s greatest, ink-smeared newsrooms. Later, I had the privilege of serving in high-level government and corporate strategic communication roles, where I’ve been able to leverage my experience to have an even more direct impact on people’s lives. Throughout my journey, I have embraced the power of multi-platform, multimedia storytelling to communicate while also managing teams of talented journalists and later, communications executives. From filing daily columns to crafting captivating front-page stories about entertainment, gossip, crime, and politics, my work impacted readers and fueled change. Later, I learned to couple the same love for storytelling with strategic communication expertise, shaping media relations for big brands, embracing crisis communications, and managing powerful community impact initiatives. I deeply believe effective communications at all levels hinges on honesty, transparency and integrity.
