EMR (eClinical Works) administrator. Responsible for onboarding new staff to our EMR and training associated with it. Duties also included Active Directory and MS Exchange user setup and maintenance. Support requests were managed through a ticketing system and were worked in-person, by phone or using remote tools. Efficiently managed network infrastructure and provide desktop support onsite and to 7 remote locations in the surrounding area.Negotiate best pricing for hardware and software quotes and procurement. Electronic medical record (EMR) management, deployment, and company training was one of my primary duties. I oversaw the deployment of a cloud-based EMR to over 300 machines both on-site and remote, over the course of 3 days.Created user documentation for EMR software and office 365.Worked with CTO and oversaw a project from new construction to completion that includes purchasing equipment and allocating funds for required equipment.

Repair and PM on residential HVAC equipment including steam and hot water boilers. Also service all residential HVAC applications.

Analyzed and trouble shoot IT inquiries on the phone, or in person. Made minor repairs, mostly software related.

Completed updates and routine maintenance on network PC's. Tested and recommended new software solutions that improved business solutions. Replaced hardware when needed, and recommended hardware upgrades.
