Confirmed inventory forecast were accurate with relation to customer needs, made adjustments or new forecasts as required. Managed complete inventory, loss prevention, warehousing, product ordering, and aged inventory to ensure year over year variances of less than .25%. Worked with operations team to provided training to all business owners and pest control technicians on all new applications and products in the industry.
