I establish personal relationships with key partners in these accounts, as well as between the Loomis Senior Management Team and the Customer Senior Leadership Team. I work with internal teams to meet Service Level Agreement goals, build account pricing, and negotiate all contracts. Additionally, I analyze customers’ cash management processes and suggest improvements and possible solutions, such as a SafePoint Titan smart safe, that can help them increase security, minimize cash exposure, and save time and money.Other duties include:● Respond to RFPs and customize presentations based on client needs● Maintain and grow long-term client relationships● Act as liaison between customers and Loomis team● Resolve customer issues● Review invoice disputes● Oversee and negotiate contracts with assigned customers● Monitor and manage customer scorecards and work internally to improve processes● Implement the Loomis Business Continuity Plan during weather events and natural disasters ● Act as the point of contact for audits that are performed both with internal and external customers
