Experienced leader with a track record of success across a broad spectrum of industries. I have a passion for developing teams built on a solid foundation of support that encourages members to push past their limits and achieve great success. My approach creates teams capable of developing solutions to some of an organization’s greatest challenges while benefiting all stakeholders.Over the past 15+ years, I have worked in a variety of leadership positions managing teams of up to 63 members. My responsibilities have covered all aspects to management ranging from financial to team member development and training to business development and marketing. By playing on my strengths of being a lifelong learner and having a passion for the future, I am able to develop solid solutions based on proven techniques. My leadership style is built on team member development and strategic planning. To achieve success, I start by developing teams that recognize the strengths of others and then highlight how all stakeholders can benefit from those strengths. I then identify areas of opportunity and move to fill those gaps while taking into consideration the needs of the organization and its customers. My teams position themselves to be forward thinkers that create winning solutions for the organizations we serve. At the core, I am a firm believer in helping others to see that they can achieve anything in life. By being a solid support system, my team members have consistently achieved what they thought was unachievable. Through hard work and believing in others, I have been able to create a proven track record of success through leadership.
