Growing up as a shy kid I had trouble connecting with people. I always had a passion for TV and radio. That’s probably because I watched way too much TV growing up. However, I always knew that one day I would be on TV or radio.

 It wasn't until I answered a local newspaper ad looking for volunteers to do local play-by-play high school sports that I realized being “on air” was my professional calling. Johnny Carson once said that when he was on air he was in control and that being "in control" was the biggest part of overcoming shyness and quietness. I couldn’t agree more.

In 1994, I did local play-by play reporting for high school football, basketball, softball and bowling for a local station in Northern New Jersey. At the same time, I joined Cranford TV-35 – the town’s own local access channel. It was during my time at TV-35 that I learned everything I know about being an on air TV personality and the technology that goes into producing a show. 
Several years later, I became a weekend radio news anchor on radio at 1500 WGHT. From there, I went to Long Island to start my Traffic Career at News 12 working overnights as the voice of traffic for New Jersey, NYC, Hudson Valley, Long Island and Connecticut. I helped commuters and travelers navigate the tri-state roadways and public transportation systems for 12 years.
I also spent time at NY 1 in NYC as Traffic Anchor for their news broadcasts.  
In my current role, I am the full-time Morning Traffic Anchor for News 12 New Jersey and News 12 Connecticut monitoring more than 100 roadways and providing 30 traffic reports each day.
