We teach anything that we can learn and pass it on to our employees. CDL, forklift, bucket truck safety and operation, confined space, Telephony, Customer Service, several in house computer programs, Certified Red Cross First Aid, CPR, AED, Blood Borne pathogens instructor, Safe Work Zone, Fall Protection etc.

QC preformed Electronic, physical and chemical testing of materials and finished product. Trainer and Six Sigma Green Belt, administered training and recertification’s to insure everyone in the plant were qualified. Maintained training records to comply with ISO standards. Lean Manufacturing trainer. ISO 9000 auditor.

My primary duties as a USAF Crew Chief were maintaining Jet Fighter and Attack aircraft to include the A-7D, F-4D, F-4E, RF-4C and A-10A aircraft. I was the sole Quality Assurance Inspector for the CH-3 and HH-3 Jolly Green Helicopter unit on site. As an (FTD) Field Training Detachment Master Instructor I taught aircraft maintenance on the A-10A attack aircraft for 8 years. Instructed Aircraft Battle Damage Repair Technician and Assessors courses. I retired as a Master Sergeant in 1993 as the Flight Line Production Superintendent. I earned my Airframe and Power plant license in 1989.
